For one long weekend this June, from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th, Miniclick are taking over the Eranda Studio at The Photographers’ Gallery, turning the space into a secondary school of photography. The faculty at The School of Miniclick will present their curriculum – a series of talks, workshops, fun and games from a wide range of guest teachers, including David Fathi, Lumine’s Lab, Amak Mahmoodian, Rhiannon Adams, Kevin Meredith and many more.
You can read all about it here.
To launch the weekend of events, we’re having a school disco (fancy dress not required), plus we have a series of great people from the photography world presenting short talks. Read on…

The launch party will be a great chance to get to know our programme for the weekend and get a first glimpse of the Geoclick and (School)House of Cards projects we’re working on. Plus we have some great speakers from the world of photography who will be giving some short and snappy talks on “What I Wish I’d Been Taught”, where they’ll be taking us through the lessons they’d wish they’d been taught earlier, the things they’d most like to pass on and the big lessons they’ve learnt. The speakers includes Trine Stephenson of The Plantation Journal, Hannah Trolley of Trolley Books, James O Jenkins of Portrait Salon, Travis Hodges of Photo Forum, photographer and all-around supporter of photography Gary Cohen and Federica Chiochetti of The Photocaptionist , Mimi Mollica, photographer and founder of Photo Meet and Oliver Whitehead of The Photographers’ Gallery.
