Comrades! For Brighton Photo Fringe, 2018, Miniclick will be based at Regency Town House, creating a hive of activity, an operations room for an evolving exhibition and a series of free workshops all designed to bring people together. Discuss, Ponder, Unite.

United & Industrious.

1st Floor, Regency Town House, 13 Brunswick Sq, BN3 1EH

Every Thurs to Sun through Oct. Midday to 6pm (see below for workshop dates)

UNITED & INDUSTRIOUS

United and Industrious is a free space for people of the world to come together. Discuss, ponder, unite.

Join in with our experimental, evolving exhibition. Sign up for a free workshop. Start a discussion. Write a postcard to a stranger. Have a seat and help yourself to a cuppa and a book from our library.

Miniclick is handing control back to you, the people. In a month long experiment, we invite you to take a photo from our printer, producing images on a constant cycle, and add it to the ever-growing wall. Whilst you do it, try to consider your photo’s relationship with the ones you are placing it next to.

Are you creating a new story?

Do they connect, or do they clash?

We started the wall off with some of our favourite work being exhibited elsewhere in Brighton for the Photo Fringe. It’s up to you to finish it.

Add, move, remove.

The scrolling screen displays the chosen hashtag being printed directly from Instagram for that hour. Take control of the means of production. Post a photo, use that hashtag and it may appear from the printer for you, or a comrade, to add to the wall.
